Returns Policy

At Dennest, we want you to be happy with your order, however, if for any reason you are not, don't worry, you can return your order within 14 days of the date of dispatch.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items unless the return is due to our own error. If a courier needs to be sent to collect a product for any other reason other than our own error, a return fee covering the return carriage (based on geographic location of the customer) will be charged. Once the product arrives to our warehouse we will refund you the full amount originally paid (including original delivery charges where applicable) for the product.

We will request the product to be in its original packaging and in perfect condition, same as you received it. Returns of items that have been used, installed or modified will not be accepted.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to take back any mattresses once their protective packaging has been opened.

Please note this returns policy does not apply to all our beds, headboards and ottoman boxes. All our beds and ottoman boxes are made to order and cannot be returned.

Please let us know within 48hrs of delivery if your order is not correct or if it is damaged and we will resolve it asap. We will do our best to arrange for the necessary replacements as quickly as possible.
